Q&A - Tips for Starting Your Own Nursing Podcast

Tina with Good Nurse Bad Nurse Podcast. I began working as a bedside nurse after graduating with an associates degree in nursing in the Spring of 2015. I received my BSN two years later. I started out on a very busy and demanding critical care step down floor at a level one trauma center. It took me two years to realize that I actually loved nursing. The first two years are so hard that many new grads give up before they ever have a chance to realize how wonderful it really is. I wanted to find a way to help other new nurses navigate those first couple of difficult years, so I started a podcast. I was low key addicted to true crime podcasts myself, so I incorporated my passion for true crime into my podcast and Good Nurse Bad Nurse was born.
